Can any one tell me how I find out what mine is and what is a good FPS number please?

In-game you can press Alt + F to bring up and FPS counter in the bottom left corner, under the map. FPS wise above 30 will give you smooth gameplay, obviously higher is better up to a point.
Mine runs at 60 mostly, which I believe I locked it at by accident. But in a giant zerg in an amp station it hit 35, which was still smooth as anything.
